Mediation is a process, and the time required to resolve a dispute will largely depend on the issues in dispute, the willingness of the parties to resolve the matter, and the complexity of the matter.

For some, the dispute may resolve quickly, for others resolution may require more than one attempt at mediation. This does not mean the mediation failed. Rather, it means resolution simply takes more time.
